The piece is a composition made by flute recordings and electronics.
The electronic sounds result from the original flute sounds, processed in several different ways. Long tones, high pitched short sounds and flute's key clicks are some of the main samples used. Therefore electronic and acoustic sounds have a very strong impact. Pitch, time and spectrum similarities constitute a continuity and help the structure to be expanded. It is a personal view of a traditional, acoustic musical instrument in electronic music.

Laminar flow

Motors, engines, sewing machines, drills, motorbikes, tools and "noisy" objects of our every day life. Their repetitive patterns and particular textures are used for the realization of "Laminar flow". The piece is an imaginary soundscape of a machine-world.

Twinned*
Stereo version of the original 8 channel piece

"Twinned" is three independent, shorter pieces consisting of three different sound sources respectively. Each piece is made by seven groups of sounds and the groups appear in the composition in a very specific way, following the same pattern every time.
Those hidden similarities are used to create a longer piece and the independent miniatures become parts of a longer structure. The sound sources are Harmonica, Human whistling and Mouth harp.
